Small Worlds successfully applied Proprietary Analytics to compute the Stability and Goodness of Software. In 2003 Information Laboratory was acquired by IBM. Chief EvangelistEugene Borukhovich is the founder and a community organizer of the New York Healthcare Technology Organization (Health 2.0 NYC Chapter). Prior to joining HealthWorldWeb, he held a technology leadership role at pharmacy benefit manager, where he partnered with the business on developing new and innovative products in the marketplace. Prior to that, he spent time as a Director of Infrastructure at Cybuy LLC, an innovative startup in the iTV commerce. He also co-founded an e-commerce site in late 90's. Eugene Borukhovich holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University as well as a Finance degree from Rutgers Executive MBA program.
